Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to access/download the product due to user error.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the nature of the claim and product usage data.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the digital product was accessed but not fully used.
- If usage data indicates limited engagement and resale or license transfer is affected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not received:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Products purchased on discounted pricing or during limited-time promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re experiencing issues with access or believe the product is defective, please contact our support team for assistance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only.
Gift access or transfer requests can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
